Since I'm an avid paleo/low-carb fan, I really disliked the Nutrition Myths article, which bashed my eating lifestyle and was full of misinformation (carbs are not the only energy source for our bodies. ALL CALORIES are energy!).

I did like the tips for traveling though. I'm doing some complicated traveling for the holidays, and these tips have already saved me some headache! Report
