  • How do I add the Steps and/or Mileage Tracker to my Fitness Tracker?
The Step Tracker allows you to record the number of steps you take each day, which can be a motivating tool to help you stay active throughout the day.

Members who want to track their mileage for walking, running, or cycling may find the Mileage Tracker helpful. The Mileage Tracker not only allows you to keep track of your mileage for each time you walk, run, or cycle but also keeps a running total of your all-time mileage.

To add the Step Tracker to your Fitness Tracker page:
  1. Roll your mouse over “My Trackers” in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on “My Fitness."
  3. You’ll now see your Fitness Tracker page.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of your Fitness Tracker page and click on "Edit Fitness Goals," which is located under Tools & Settings.
  5. Under the “Tracking Setup” heading, check the box for "Step Tracker."
  6. Click the "Setup" link on the right.
  7. You’ll now see the "Step Tracker Setup" section.
  8. Enter the number of “Steps Per Day” in the text box that you would like to set as your goal.
  9. Click “Save Your Changes” at the bottom of the page.
  10. You’ll now see the Step Tracker near the top of your Fitness Tracker page.
To add the Mileage Tracker to your Fitness Tracker page:
  1. Roll your mouse over “My Trackers” in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on “My Fitness."
  3. You’ll now see your Fitness Tracker page.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of your Fitness Tracker page and click on "Edit Fitness Goals," which is located under Tools & Settings.
  5. Under the “Tracking Setup” heading, check the box for “Mileage Tracker.”
  6. Click the “Setup” link on the right.
  7. You’ll now see the “Mileage Tracker Setup” section.
  8. Enter the number of miles or kilometers per day, week, or month that you would like to set as your goal.
  9. Click “Save Your Changes” at the bottom of the page.
  10. You’ll now see the Mileage Tracker on your Fitness Tracker page by clicking on the Mileage tab, which is the fourth tab to the right.
