The Step Tracker allows you to record the number of steps you take each day, which can motivate you stay active throughout the day.

Members who want to track their mileage for walking, running, or cycling may find the Mileage Tracker helpful. The Mileage Tracker not only allows you to keep track of your mileage for each time you walk, run, or cycle, but also keeps a running total of your all-time mileage.

  2. Click on “My Fitness."
  3. You’ll now see your Fitness Tracker page.

  5. Enter the number of Steps in the box to the right of "Today's Progress."
  6. Click “Save” on the right side of the page.
  7. You will now see your steps listed in your Step Tracker.
