  • How do I remove multiple strength exercises?
  1. 1. Click the my Fitness tab at the top of your Start page.
  2. 2. Scroll to the bottom right of the page and click on the button labeled "Remove Multiple Strength Exercises."
  3. 3. Select the exercises you want to remove.
  4. 4. Click the "Removed Checked Exercises" button and confirm that you do want to remove those items.
