I ate the most yummy breakfast this morning. Decaf peach tea. Two egg omelet. It was stuffed with 9grams of Apple sausage, 4 med sautéed mushrooms and 4oz roasted chestnuts(packaged). I used smart balance cooking spray. 278cal 4g fat. Yum....  Read more
