Finally was able to go 2 miles on my elliptical. 2.5 laps at resistance level 6, 2.5 at resistance 5, 2 at level 3 and 2 at level 1. Too 51 minutes. It feels great. Didn't think I'd get this far. Lost 35 lbs now, still 25 to go....  Read more
