I do break my workouts up sometimes too, for the simple reason that I can only sit but so long at my home cycle at home! My butt hurts after a while-I can get more time in if I break it up, so breaking up your workouts may help too.... Read more

I manually added 90 minutes of water aerobics. But it says I have no workout for today and the steps are less than 500.
My SPAT is not working (another issue for another time) so I manually put in this water aerobics.
