dumb question about fitness tracking. I did day one of the 28 day boot camp. It was the 12 minute cardio blast with a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down to equal 22 minutes. Do I say i did 12 minutes or 22? This chick wants her credit! Lol...  Read more
