I consistently go over the recommendation for Vitamin, i.e., today I had a spinach and blueberry smoothie (shake) with skim milk, and a daily vitamin. The daily vitamin only has 25% RDA, but the range tracker says i'm at 304. What am I doing wrong...  Read more
