WELL SPARKPEOPLE !!! Should be done exercising by 3:45 am and start walking by 4 am. . I really do and it shpws. All the lbs. , inches , etc. lost can who can do it better then us. We are the "BIGGEST LOSER'S" WAY TO GO, SO LET'S DO IT !!! .
