Something I came to realize today and that I'm going to start doing:

Don't focus on a big goal. Focus on the choices you make, telling yourself you only have to make it til lunch, or til bedtime depending on the time of day you're focusing on. Splitting it up like that helps TREMENDOUSLY for those who feel like their willpower is weak! :)

Thought this may be helpful for anybody struggling. :)
