Welcome! Congrats on your progress so far! I agree- the structure definitely helps. I'm sure you've noticed that tracking your intake gets easier the more you do it and enter recipes, etc. Have you joined any spark teams? I would recommend doing so- they're great for support and motivation :) Good luck with your goals!

Started 10 days ago. Down 6 pounds since. I have done this once before without the structure. So far this structure has helped a lot. A bit of a learning curve. This has become easier the more I use it.
