Figured out this week that I have been eating over 2,000 calories per day. I'm 5'3"... I need 1,550 max!!! Cutting calories should be helpful, but it can be difficult as I nanny and usually act as a trash can for my kids' uneaten food, and snacking when I'm told to make myself feel at home can be way too easy!! I also really really really like sweets...
Lost 2 lbs. since i last went to ymca 2wks ago. (maintained 2 wks ago). Today instructor showed me how to read the scale and I nearly passed out when I saw scale on number go DOWN! Wednesday begins my 3rd week WITHOUT soda! I have iced&hot tea, water and cappuccino (NOT all at the same time!) Today I actually recorded what I ate and my jogging workout.. so I'm feeling pretty good.
Also I'm taking up the March meatless challenge. I had shrimp, garlic biscuits, salad, potatos and ice tea at Red Lobster. I was craving it, ate it and recorded it! Now I need more protein! Never seem to get my protein in! Found out today shrimp is not a meat a,d now I can still have my sweet tooth too! ;)

gained a little this week. to be fair, i lost almost 4 pounds last week. I'm sure my body is wondering what is going on. plus, i haven't been tracking past few days. naughty me. we'll just have to see what the next weeks bring me. can't give up.
I really fell off the wagon this weekend, but I'm hopping back on today! I did exercise, but I did not track my food at all and definitely overindulged. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning (though I'm thinking it might not be too pretty) and post here.

I got message from Spark People, I can't find anywhere! It was challenge to eat no meat during march in observance of Lent. I haven't had any yet, I was gonna ask if shrimp counts as a meat to avoid or not.
I exercise more than I've been tracking, but am eager to set goals. I'll join in. I am trying to lose 1lb a week, but this will motivate me to be more diligent. I usually weigh in on tuesdays, so i'll keep that up until the last week and then weigh in on easter. Then time to party
