You are completely correct that non-scale measures of success are very important, especially when you can't "feel" any difference. You keep on Sparking!

In just the past month!
I've also lost 1/2 inch off of my hips, my waist, and my upper arms.

I knew I had lost the pounds, but I didn't feel any different. Then seeing the 1.5 inches total I lost made me feel awesome since those are more tangible results.
