I have been a Sparkie for one week and one day, and I have lost 10 pounds. What I'm most excited about, though, is that today I finally met all of my nutritional goals: no under (protein is my hard-to-reach goal), and no overs (salt and fat.) I've met my cardio goals, but I haven't done the strength training that was recommended. The exercises feel too much like gym class. Gotta get over that. :o)
This week at weigh in-I lost my first 10 pounds!! I have any more tens to go but this first ten is a Yahoo moment!! Life is good!

Who knew it would be so easy to lose 10 pounds? I've read so many diet books and every one of them made perfect sense. But my weight kept creeping up. It is so refreshing to find the help and encouragement I needed to get my weight moving in a downward direction! The nutrition tracker is so easy to use, and the best part is, NOTHING is forbidden. Best thing I ever did for myself was joining SparkPeople!
