There is one week left in May and my Fitness Minutes so far are 655. It's not as many as I would like so all I can do now is finish strong. I need to do this, other than graduate college and buy a house I have never really reached a goal so once I do this for myself I know it will make me fee so good. I figured it out and I only need to do at least 50 minutes a day for the rest of the month and MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!
I was lazy the first half of last month and did not exercise, when I got back into the swing of it the second half I saw I had the 250 minute award in no time, then the 500 minute award! So if I stay as consistent as I did the last 2 and a half weeks, 1000 minutes will be a breeze, oh, and be good for me too Today I plan on at least 30 minutes on a stationary bike and strength training for upper body, and I will be starting the 28 day bootcamp DVD this week so that will help as well.
