Hi Trout,

If you ever experience pain, you should not progress through the DVD. Back pain can be caused by a number of issues, none of which any of our experts or members can begin to speculate on, especially since you experienced if 'almost from the start.'

You may just want to contact your doctor to see what he/she may suggest as he/she is most familiar with you and your medical history.

Just got done with this video & had lower back pain almost from the start & really felt it by the end of the video.

I followed the instructions as best I could, including:
going at a slower pace
engaging my abs as much as possible
stretching/lengthening my spine
sitting at the edge of the chair

The question is, what did I do wrong? Yeah, I know .... you weren't here to see what or how I was doing the video but any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks, Trout
