I have been trying to work a little harder n my days off! And I have been taking the stairs at work and walking more at work whenever possible! Getting the workout in before work is nearly impossible, because I have to leave for work by 4:30 am. So Ive been going for a small walk when I get home! It actually helps me unwind from the day!!!

maybe working out in the morning when u get off work. I work 7a-7p and find exercise hard also cause when I get home it is so easy to talk myself out of it. when I do exercise then I have trouble going to sleep cause of the adreneline rush and have to get up at 5:30 for work giving me sometimes 3-4 hrs sleep. Maybe on ur days off u could go at it a little harder to make up for the days u work and don't exercise..

I work a 12 hour rotating shift, and am wondering if there is anyone who has success with weight loss. I struggle with the changing shifts, and have been known to over indulge when coming off of nights! My doctor says she doesn't know of any plan that works with shift workers!! Any thoughts
