that is an ammmazzing accomplishment...i m sure yu must feel like a new man...i can only imagine that yur life must feel so freeeeee.. now that yu have lost so much weight... the changes yu made were sooo worth the end results of a healthy life!!!!!!!!!yu are an inspiration to the rest of us who have the same dream that yu did... seeing people like yu on this site has given me hope that it is possible ...... if only i follow the guidelines and exercize recommendations...for a long time i wud never have thought it possible for me to lose five pounds....
this time i will do it...

That is terrific progress! You are doing so well! It took me a minute to figure this out, because a woman's size 32 is still very large - 6 sizes bigger than my starting size 26 pants.. But you're a man and men have different pants sizes that correspond to waist size, not strange esoteric sizes like women's clothing.
You are worth having a healthy body!
This is a lifestyle change to be healthy, not a diet and not a sprint to get there.. one day at a time, one pound at a time.. as long as it takes, starting again as often as possible.

Since that time I have lost more then 50 inches. I have gone from a size 46 pants to a size 32. I can now wear Large shirts instead of the 4XL shirt I once fit in. BMI mid 30s now is at 26 (so a few more pounds still until I am no longer overweight.
Oct 14 weight - 341 May 22 weight - 205
The best part has been ... it really has been effortless. A bit of will power, but I have been losing 2 to 5 pounds a week and minimal exercise. I am learning healthy habits which will allow me to keep this weight off not simply put it back on.
... no surgery, simply diet
