Started my weight loss program Oct. 14, 2011
Since that time I have lost more then 50 inches. I have gone from a size 46 pants to a size 32. I can now wear Large shirts instead of the 4XL shirt I once fit in. BMI mid 30s now is at 26 (so a few more pounds still until I am no longer overweight.

The best part has been ... it really has been effortless. A bit of will power, but I have been losing 2 to 5 pounds a week and minimal exercise. I am learning healthy habits which will allow me to keep this weight off not simply put it back on.
... no surgery, simply diet
