I usually don't work late evenings/nights. But last night I had planned to go back to the office to work on my homework (master's program). I left what I needed at home so I took advantage of the time and got on a huge roll getting my desk and email cleared off. When I got home at 1:15a, I couldn't wind down so I cleaned the house. The last time I looked at the clock it was around 3a.

I am paying for it tonight. I just can't stay up and function the next day like I used to.

This is a great idea, maybe it will help wake me up in hte mornings! I'll have to wait and start this next week though because this weekend will be CRAZY!

wow! Is it work related or do you have a hard time sleeping?

When I exercise at night, it gives me the same "boost" that it does in the morning so it takes me longer to get to sleep.

I only have 4 hours sleep last night, so this morning and evening were a no go.

Well, I didn't hit goal today with getting 15 minutes in this morning.

However, I did get a great workout in this afternoon after work. 2 mile run and some strength training.

Ok, I am officially joining this challenge. I really dislike getting up in the mornings, regardless at what time I go to bed.

Getting the exercise done and out of the way in the morning does make me feel better, the day go better. I get it in and don't create the guilt if I don't do it in the evening because I am tired, have to work late, go to my daughter's sporting event, etc.

So...here I go.

I'd rather do all my exercise in the morning. So I did 45 minutes on the elliptical.

I couldn't stay at work tonight so I worked out on my lunch break. I wasn't going to because I was having a bad day but now I'm glad I did! WOW did I feel better! The rest of my day went by so fast and I felt much better about myself!
(but now my legs are KILLING me!)

Good Morning! I would love to join this challenge. Ya'll have motivated me this morning.

15 min. Treadmill at face pace. Worked up a sweat and drank 2 glasses of water.!

My long term goal is 30 min in the am.

wow! After reading everyone elses exercises for the day I don't feel QUITE so proud of my 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the glider! I only get a 30 minute lunch so that's all I can squeeze into a lunch and sometimes I can't even do that! But I am getting better. I do some after work too and the more I work out the longer I can do so without getting my heart rate up to the OMG level!
Thanks for the motivation!!
