thank you all for this continueous support and motivation..

I have allot to lose so current weight and working so hard in gym with healthy calorie intake just seems to make the weight come off.

Did no exercise the weekend and was 3lb light on monday. :-)

aiming for minimum 5 each of the next 3 weekly weight ins.

Like a previous poster said

Congratulations on your steps toward a healthy lifestyle, and keep going.

However, don't expect (which it seems like you are not, thankfully) that this will be the way it is forever.

As you lose more; you'll likely lose slower.
Also, as you build muscle, there may be weeks the scale doesn't move (or even moves in the direction you'd rather it didn't).

That is no reason to give up - your body will go through changes; you're getting healthier and fitter. Just keep it up, and you'll reach the healthy goal you want. Then the hard work of maintenance begins (yes, a bubble burster, but necessary to face if you don't want to have to start all over, as some have done). Yes, I'm preaching to myself, too.

Evening all.. i have just completed my first week of a health kick for the rest of my life..

I have been eating my calories but started the gym, going 4 times this week.

I have been having my 8 and more glasses of water a day as really enjoy it.

I was amazed when i got on the scales to see a loss of 15 lbs.. I am really happy as you can expect.


9/1/12 - 333 llbs
9/7/12 - 318 lbs.

I am not focused on tryin to get below 300 lbs this month..
