Congrats! Very impressed that you gave up soda! That's a hard one. Just made it through my first week as well, about 3 pounds for me. What amazed me was that I didn't feel hungry at all! I pigged out above my calorie limit a few days and could have exercised more, but I stuck with it and logged my calories every day.
Sooo - high five to us!

I'm not sure how much credit I can take for this week's weight loss. While I did make some GOOD choices early on in the week (gave up soda, exercised the first 3 days etc.) I've been a bit sick since Wednesday. Fever for 4 days, which got as high at 105!! During some of my conscious moments and in between my spiked fevers I managed to play a few tennis games on the Nintendo Wii because I wanted to say I did SOMETHING but I couldn't do much by way of my fitness log. I'm still not feeling great but the loss of 5 lbs made me feel a little better. :)
