I was so discouaged that after week 1 of a strict diet and exercise regime, I hadn't lost any weight :( But I'm happy and reinspired that I stuck it out for week 2 and found I lost a pound. It's a small achievement and I had hoped for greater results, faster but every pound I lose is motivation to keep going!
