The plank is actually one of my very favorite moves, and I even do it at work several times a day. Good luck with these goals, and keep updating us with your progress.

Hi! My name is Annalisa. I've been lurking around SparkPeople for a couple months, gearing up and preparing for this. Today I did it. I started Bootcamp! (I did this for a year in 2009, and I'm completely jealous of the girl in the photos, that got swallowed by 188lb me). Very excited.
Anyway - To the point - MY TWO GOALS!
I thought I'd make it simple. Five weeks from now I want to be able to:
1) Do Ten full push-ups.... like, on my toes!
2) Hold a plank position for 2 full minutes... like, on my toes!
I used to be able to do this. I know I can get there again! Anyone else want to join me?
How to do this - Hard bloody work. Practice... practice... and practice again. There's no shortcuts to fitting in my size 12's again!
