Hey there!

While this is not my first time using SparkPeople, this is my second attempt at trying to better myself as new, confident 20-year-old college student that is ready to take on the world.

I have a couple goals in mind. But I usually have an accountability issue, which is why I am going at this again! I need to have people nudge me in the shoulders and say 'Hey! Get back on it. :O!' or something like that. I do have a nutritionist that I go to, but that's only once a month.

And I love the wealth of information on the site.

Oh, right, I should mention at least two of the goals I have! First off, I am trying to get down around 25-50 pounds by June for my friend's wedding. I am a big part of it so, any weight, no matter how much will be grand.

My second goal is to just be healthier. With my family's medical history... losing this weight is key. I am not wanting to get diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and several others that run on my parent's side. To just be healthier in general will mean a lot to me.

So, would anyone be willing to be my accountability buddy? I'll be one for you too! :)
