Ok so today was weigh in for me and it went good.

My starting weight was 202
My current weight is 195.5
Goal weight for june is 177

Total loss so far 6.5 pounds emoticon

Sunday is my weigh-in and I'm kind of excited. I have been tracking all my food and have been using my treadmill all week. I'm hoping to be down 1.5 lb when I step on the scale Sunday morning. Have a great night everyone!!

So weigh in is on Thursday emoticon and i havent had alot of time the past three days to work out, however i have been eating very well so im hoping to see the scale go down a couple pounds will definately log in thursday morn to post new weight, stick with it everyone keep your goals in mind and tty soon. emoticon .

This is a great idea! I want to be aroun 115 so that's exactly 25 lbs. I might have lost a bit already not sure yet, I think I destroyed it over the weekend. My goal is to not drink alcohol for a while, which can be hard in college. I'll give myself one night a week to drink and I can only have a few drinks. That's what causes me to overeat, when I overdrink. Also, I need to stop night snacking. I need to get my act together. My motivation right now is Florida in 1.5 months!

I looked at the calendar and it's only 3 weeks into the year. I have a lot of work to do. I haven't lost any weight but I have made it to the gym for more than 150 minutes a week! That is a plus. Making the time is my first priority.

That would be my ulrimate goal. I had my baby July 2011 and now I'm working on getting rid of the 60+ lbs that I gained with pregnancy. I've lost 45 so far and would really like to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight before his 1st birthday :)

I'm in!! I weigh in on Thursdays, and yesterday I was 186.8. Unfortunately, that's two pounds more than the previous week, but I won't let that bother me!

Im in, ive been on and off spark for the past couple months trying to get my self going but i have been hard at it for the past two weeks eating healthier and working out every night. Since i had my daughter 18 months ago been having a really hard time losing anything or getting motivated, i even gained some after i had her emoticon but i feel like im back on track and ready to give it my all my hubby even joined me with the healthy eating and my kids like it to so that makes it much easier to stick to rather than going it alone wish me luck and good luck to all of you on meeting this goal. WE CAN DO IT.

I am still having trouble losing weight emoticon On the positive side I have lost an inch in my waist. I have started exercising regularly again and hopefully will have a better check-in next week.

I would LOVE this challenge I do several like it for my smaller goals. But I am want to loose about 25 lbs by my BDay which is July 10th so if I can accomplish it before then HOW awesome would that be!!! I do daily weight ins but I guess ill try to just update my weight once a week. My starting weight as of today is 158.1 lbs. I usually do weekly weight ins on mondays so Ill update it monday! Good luck all

No weight loss this week but I did exercise yesterday. Walked a 5k on the treadmill in 50 minutes. Today I am going to the gym for weight training and stationary bike cardio.

today is a new day each day briengs a fresh start.

bought the withings scale and so far love it just had to connect it to wifi then now it updates each time I weigh I connected it with sparkpeople also will upload to a group on facebook that I am in. tops to kops not created by me but kinda neat that it has my screen name.

today new aids from the new company coming will get exercise in today no matter what

like biggest loser theme no more excuses.

My ticker shows the lowest weight I achieved before Christmas. I have to lose 3 lbs to reclaim that weight.

Last year I was part of a 25 lbs by Dec 1st challenge. I found the accountability of being in the challenge helped to keep me on track and I did lose the 25 lbs. I would like to start a new challenge now to lose 25 lbs by June 1st. I have been a member of SP since June 28th 2011. I have lost a total of 71 lbs as of today. 34 lbs with SP. So who will join me in this challenge. All you have to do is post your weight and weight loss once a week.
