Weight loss is 80% what you eat.

Are you logging your food and staying within your calorie range?

I need help. I'd like to (NEED TO) lose 20 lbs for my 25th wedding anniversary which is in May next year. I have plateaud this year after losing 10 lbs. I am stuck at 185. I made it through Halloween and Thanksgiving without gaining any of it back, but now need some ideas to start moving forward again. I am over 50, and have not exercised for 3 or 4 months due to health issues. But I am ready to get back on track (literally!) although I'll need to start slow. I need some advice and encouragement and am hoping I can find it here! Thanks in advance!
