Yeah, that does feel good! Great start! Now just lather, rinse, repeat - and whatever you do, focus off the dang scale as time goes along so the natural plateaus don't throw you off. Look for the non-scale measurements and rely on them. Pat yourself on the back and be sure to reward yourself as you reach goals. Good luck and Spark ON!
Well, this feels pretty good! Following the plan, not hungry and losing.
I'm on SP a LOT during the day, and reading the articles, message boards and posting has really helped me stay focused. I have a long way to go, but I'm building good habits here that will carry me through.
