Welcome back - great start getting back into the habit of tracking again!

I have been up and down on here for the last year. So I'm trying to just get back to eating very healthy and exercising. I have done it for 3 days!!!

I wasn't perfect, but I tracked every bite, exercised, and drank water!!!

Eat food, not too much. mostly plants.

The body was not meant to sit. We are made to move!
