TOTHESTARSLOVE, what exactly have you done to make it happen? Are you dieting (hate that word, but you know what I mean) exclusively at this point or are you dieting along with exercise? I was just wondering. It's the dieting part that creates the greatest weight loss.

Regarding the exercise component, it will sculpt your body, so that, as you edge closer to your "fighting weight", a new YOU will also be revealed....a sculpted, healthy, beaming YOU.

Yes, I've lost 27 lbs in 7 weeks to the day! I'm thrilled beyond belief right now! Next week at this time I should be at 30 lbs lost! That'll be my 8 week mark and 30 lbs down... WOW!!! :)
