Camille, thank you. I just got roses today from a man who has never seen me so I have to look good! My self esteem needs a boost. I think I put on the weight to hide from all the pain of my past. Now I need to take it off for me and to feel young again.

Don't worry if you can't record EVERYTHING you eat. Our goal is to help people learn from the recording, so just keep learning as much as you can!

Thank you so much! I realized after looking at the overview that I have only been doing this for two weeks so I feel a little better. I am struggling with recording everything I eat.

Although it seems to be coming off too slowly it is coming off. I have to pick up 4 pounds to realize that my body does not have to carry that any more. Yeah! Thank you for your support. Only 96 more to go!!! This time I will succeed.
