It seems odd that I find it so difficult to stick to a 10-minute stretching plan when stretching time doesn't even require that I end up in the shower afterwards. I think my failure to stick to stretching shows me that I am actually way behind on my spiritual development. I have an emotional response to stretching that makes me feel impatient. Everytime I start, I cop the attitude that I am wasting precious time better devoted to high activity. I apparently have a long way to go before I develop the ability to meditate without using long distance running as a trick for doing so.

Is anyone still stretching? I haven't done any the last week but keep telling myself I'll start again tomorrow.

I'm slacking on streching and cardio. I'm using a super heavy work load with many quickly coming deadlines as my excuse. I am making sure to keep up with my weight training but that is about it.

17-18/1: stretching, so three days so far this time.

Did 4 days but didn't manage it yesterday. Started again this morning [16/1] as day 1.

I wanted to be involved in this streak....are we doing it now? If we are, I did my 10 min yesterday, and today...

I'd say that this 10 minutes can be counted in the 3000 points since it is an individual challenge rather than a team challenge; thus we won't be double-dipping for team points. Double-dipping would be to count team miles for a walk/run and then use that same walk/run to count for team exercise points.

As posted elsewhere, I screwed up yesterday and didn't start my Stretching Streak.

Oh, Cyp, this is something I really should do so starting on Saturday I will have a go. Do we count this in the 3,000 points as well?
