A 30 day pantry challenge is to try to use up all the extra cans/boxes/mixes that have accumulated over the months. Make a point of using something from the pantry everyday. I have already pulled everything out, listed it and taped the 4 sheets of paper to the back of my pantry door. Everyday when I use up something, I cross it out. Then we posted back here what we used, how we used it and what kind of dish if any we used it in. It's a great way to use up items and lower your grocery bill for the month. It's a challenge in itself to plan menu's around it.
