I have not exercised yet today. I got such a bad nights sleep last night and I am sooo tired. My ds has a cold so will not be going to his swim meet so if I can get him into bed early tonight I will do 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Its better than nothing and hopefully will get me motivated to do more tomorrow.

I am retired and enjoy classes at the gym. Over the years, I expanded what I do. Hence it is hard to do just 30 minutes. I like to do at least one 60 minute class per day. emoticon
