NO freaking way.. I just stepped on the scale did my weigh in as per usual, and didn't think anything of it , till I logged on here.. I have lost 35lbs. 35! Thats pretty substantial. And the best part? I didn't agonize over it, or starve myself the last couple of day trying to hit that goal. I have just been living my life enjoying my workouts and eating food I love to eat. I am not saying the workouts are "easy" but I have really come to LOVE doing them and kinda get bored on rest days b/c I miss them. Who is this crazy person ,lol... Thanks for being there everyone! Hope your goals are getting closer as well!
