When I logged on Spark today I noticed the article of the 4 week bootcamp challenge. I would like to do this. Has anyone done this in the past or is going to do this.?
I like the structure of it knowing you need to do something everyday. That is what motivates me. That is why I liked coach Nicole's 28 day boot camp.
I know I do not need a challenge to make me exercise but it helps me stay on track better.
