Arch seems to have misread Thusrday for Tuesday... :)
Thursay's move is to place a line like a jump rope if you have one, on the floor. Stand behind it to start with and step over it, but with high knees (remember "knees up mother brown"!). Then step backwards over it again with high knees.
It's just stepping over a line, but bringing your knees up as high as you can while doing it.

It's five minutes of a kick boxing routine. You squat down, as you come up, you do a side kick to the left. bring the leg down. squat center again. as you come up, you do a side kick to the right. alternate kicks for five minutes for a cardiovascular "butt" workout.
