Charris - I want you to know that I think you CAN be successful in your weight loss. Would it help to set small goals - like 5 pounds or so at a time. Tell yourself, I've got 5 pounds to lose; I CAN do that! Then keep going, 5 pounds at a time!

Don't give up - you didn't get the weight you are now overnight, so hold on & you'll get there.
Stay plugged in to SparkPeople - track your food, exercise and you'll be supported and encouraged to keep going on!

I am so happy for you I feel like I will never get there I know anything can happen that is a awesome weight loss good luck on your last 7lbs I know you will make I get so overwhelmed when I am 377lbs and I think like I have to loss a lot and I want to give up but I love your story and I am wishing you the best emoticon emoticon

I don't eat bananas because they are have in sugar on the Glycemic Index, but sure glad you have dropped so many pounds. That is fantastic.

132 pounds!!! Jan 27th I was 319, today I am 187!!!
7 pounds away from my final, end goal of 180! god knows when I began, I never thought of 180 (I thought 250 was a stretch lol)
Also I went from XXL to L (sometimes medium, like jerseys)
and from Waist 46 to 34!

And what did I do to get to this point?
I only drink water, breakfast I have raisin bran w/ sliced banana in it, lunch will be light turkey breast on 1 slice of wole wheat bread with mustard or tuna fish, and a chobani yogurt, dinner will be chicken, or pork chops, sometimes meat loaf, with a goood side of vegetables and like 2 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce.
Also, I exercise! 3.5 miles walk and jog everyday!

I just hope you all know, NOTHING is impossible, I was fat for almost 10 years!
