Hi pals!
Updates so far:
I started the day with a glass of water.
Early morning had a bowl of Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch with a cuppa milk.
Did 16 minutes of full body joint mobility exercise.
For meal 2, I had a small apple, grapes and homemade paneer scrambled with onion and cherry tomatoes.
So far so good!

lost my phone. but here is my day so far
had breakfast - scramble eggs with peppers and toast.
