I am the up and down queen. I know that SP works for me and never fails me. But for some reason I step away, go it alone and give up. Today I'm back again after a long absence. A new start. And this time I'm starting from the very beginning...Fast Break. I'm re-reading all there is to learn and starting out with easy attainable goals/successes. (I can't believe that I just wasted 3 weeks torturing myself trying to loose 10 pounds in one week on a low carb diet only to fail!). So now I'm recommitted to get lean and healthy the correct way.
Woo Hoo for me! Happy to be a SP newbie again!
