Start anew. Whenever I blow it I try to get right back on my plan. Don't let discouragement lead to giving up.

hey so i managed to lose 4 lbs this week, but ate too many calories and now feel like I am starting all over with losing weight. How do I avoid this kind of thing in the future? It's like I dont really think it through when i reach for the junk, like im just thinking for the moment. (Im enjoying eating healthy the way my body feels. the junk I ate that contributed to the lots of calories made me feel awful.)
