My company had a wellness event yesterday and they were checking body fat % so I thought, why not? It was 21%!!!! Seriously? That is the very bottom of the healthy range for women right before the "Lean" range. I had no idea and was totally thrilled! Now I know there's room for error with those devices but still, I'm at the low end regardless. I gained 64 lbs with my 4th child and have lost 55 of them. Only about 8 more to go! I think I've just realized that maybe I don't need to worry about the scale so much. What's wrong with 21% body fat? NOTHING! Thanks for letting me share.
