I used to think that once you hit middle age, you were stuck being fat and there was nothing you could do about it. Then, I joined SparkPeople! I've lost 27 pounds just by tracking my calories in the Nutrition Tracker and walking 30 minutes a day. If I can do it, you can do it, too! Just remember that you don't have to cut anything out of your diet - I'm still addicted to chocolate and ice cream, I just eat much less of it. Track your calories, stay active, and hang in there!
