Fri., April 6th:

4. motivation: To be more healthy for myself and my family. Goal weight for the end of April = 172 lbs. (starting weight 175.8). To keep up my running by doing it at least 1 to 2x per week and to keep increasing my distance and speed.
5. delight: beginning of long weekend - Easter!
Successes for the week -
Did my weekly weigh in again today to get back on a Fri. schedule & I'm down 0.8 pound, a good start.
Back in town & getting back to more of a routine, enjoying being back to exercising & cooking more vs eating out & eating more fresh fruits & veggies.
