That is awesome! I'm trying to browse for healthy snack option choices...cause I"m hungry but don't want to ruin how good today has been!

emoticon you instead of giving in to your craving you found a substitute that satisfy your craving and it was healthier too. great job i wish that we all can do this

So I had a chocolate craving right after dinner and instead of giving in to it, I added some unsweetened cocoa powder to a cup of coffee. Totally satisfied my craving without eating that chocolate bar stashed away in my closet! Just had to post! That is an accomplishment for me :)
