I don't think anything will cook in a crockpot for 11 hours, that is a long time.
Do you have one with a shut off timer ??
I never cook anything longer than 6 hours.

I don't think these have calorie break downs, but I can always find ideas here. Cool blog.

The 4 hour recipes look great, but I'm having trouble finding recipes I can really use. I leave the house at 6:20 and don't get home until 7. Anyone have any ideas for crockpot recipes that won't burn? I've found I can make meatloaf and potatoes and salsa chicken but am at a loss for inspiration.
