I totally understand your issue. I'm always hungry. It isn't dehydration, as I always have water with me. I probably drink 1-2 gallons a day. I just find that I'm constantly wanting to eat. Even when I pick foods that are supposed to hold you over longer, it never fails, still hungry.
I agree with JUSTDOIT011... I have a problem, where my body doesn't always register that I'm full. I can eat a whole lot of food in one sitting that I just don't need. For me, the key to diet and weightloss has been portion control, lots and lots of water (green tea, too), and LOADS of fruits and veggies. When I can eat 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of strawberries, and 1/2 cup of raspberries in a sitting for all of 200 calories (or less), it goes a long way to making myself feel fuller. Some days I feel hungry even tho I've had around 1600 calories, but that's because what I chose was low-volume, calorie-dense foods like pizza or baked goods. I've had 1400 calories today so far and I'm full-- because I chose a lot of high-volume, low-calorie foods, like strawberries, cucumber, salad, & fruit. If my calorie budget allows me to have 1600 calories a day, I want to have a pretty high volume of food so I feel full-- so I eat a lot of veggies which add the volume and not the calories. I'd suggest strawberries, cucumber, red pepper, carrots, and cauliflower!

Make sure you are getting enough water. Dehydration can make you feel hungry.
How accurate is your nutrition tracker?? I see some days with lunch and dinner skipped and only 500-900 calories consumed??? Even though you are consuming 1400-1600 calories on other days, these very low calorie days can be bringing about hunger.

Since I have changed my diet, I feel like I'm hungry all the time. I introduced a variety of high fiber foods, and I changed to 5 smaller meals a day. Which sometimes, not all the time, may put me over my desired caloric intake. Do any of you feel this way? Or am I feeling some kind of junk food withdrawals.
