I am within 10 lb of my original goal but seems like I am stuck on that 180 lb plateau. I had a long plateau at 195 lb so I am still encouraged that I will get there. I had not been faithful in my daily walks since my stint in the hospital but I have again started my daily walks.
I've gained and lost so much over the past 5 years (including two pregnancy's) but, now after 9 months of slow and steady, and trying not to obsess too much on weekends/holidays while still keeping portions in check and "filling up" on some of the healthier options. I'm within 5 pounds of a weight I thought I'd never see again. Heck I almost didn't want to even say this was my goal for MONTHS because I NEVER thought I could reach it... WOW!
