Take a few minutes and make up a sparkpage - make it public so that members can post a message to you on it

Also remember to participate on all the groups you have joined - you will receive a lot of encouragement when youdo

I also have over 100+ pounds to lose - you are not alone in that respect

Hey, everyone!

I joined recently and am officially kicking off my journey via SparkPeople by introducing myself and saying hey.

I have quite a lot of weight to lose, over 100 lbs, and this past summer I underwent emergency surgery to remove an ovarian tumor that was most likely attributed to my weight issues. That was the final kick in the head that I needed to lose this weight once and for all. In 2006 I had gastric bypass surgery and lost 100+ lbs but over the years have slowly gained it back.

I can't eat much, but I seriously lack in motivation to exercise, which is my biggest hurdle and I'm really hoping that joining SparkPeople will help me with that :)

I hope to get to know you all and reach my fitness goal!
