I thought it was ridiculous (of the government) because I wouldn't put it past their idiotic logic, then the deeper I got into the article I knew there was no way it would fly. It's a pratical joke. There's far worse to be mad about than that.
But, your feelings are very valid. I'm sorry it upset you.

I thought it was hilarious! I don't see why it would steam someone so much they'd quit the site, though; it's April Fools... silly stuff happens. It's certainly not worth getting upset over!

Yeah that's the report I'm referring to. I just had to blow off some steam. I have changed my mind about yanking my profile, I, personally don't think it was very funny, too many people might take it seriously & to me, that's just not funny & that's just my personal opinion. Anyone can agree or disagree with me, no problem.

Not sure which "report" you were referring to - was it the one about the Government changing 1 pound to 1.1 pounds? I thought that was almost too like the government to be actually funny - it made as much sense as so many other things they do. Anyway, this site is here for you - to benefit from in any way you can and/or want to. I hope you stay.

I read the 'report' today & while I've changed my mind about logging off, I'm still not very happy with Spark People for putting it up in the first place. That wasn't very funny. Some people are going to take it very seriously. Please keep that in mind for next year. Thank You.
